We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-priced items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In their original packaging.
- With all tags and labels attached.
- In pristine, original condition.
Important Exceptions: Final Sale Items
In alignment with our commitment to quality and the distinctive, often intricate nature of our designs, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jumpsuits (due to their intricate construction and precise sizing requirements).
- Any item explicitly marked “Final Sale” during promotional events.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been altered, worn, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
Analysis Insight: Our menu highlights special occasion and statement pieces like Jumpsuits and Outerwear. Jumpsuits, in particular, are often complex garments designed for a specific fit, hence their classification as final sale to uphold our quality standards and ensure the integrity of each piece.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and item details.
- Receive Instructions & Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Package Your Item(s): Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
- Ship Your Return:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Retrofete is not liable for packages lost in transit.

- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team inspects the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
Refund & Exchange Details
Refunds:
- Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal, etc.).
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Timing depends on your financial institution.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will promptly inform you if your desired size/color is out of stock and discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
- For size/color exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the return is received and approved. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
International Returns
We accept international returns. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping costs associated with the return shipment. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise value only, in the original currency of purchase.
